In collaboration with ACP and SiCepat Ekspres people development team, ASPI brought the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system foundation and practitioner level training at the headquarter of PT SiCepat Ekspres, Jakarta, 7-8 December 2022.

The foundation level training encompassed the awareness of the QMS to the majority young management team of the last mile delivery startup, many of whom just had such training for the first time.

The practitioner level training on the next day introduced the QMS internal audit through cross-audit simulations. Not only it benefitted them in the preparation of the upcoming external audit, but the ASPI business management training material had influenced their entrepreneurial mindset that the audit plan they made must have a significance on the company’s business improvements.
